The ordering process for either registered members or visitors is simple and consists of the following 2 steps:

Although we take every possible measure to correctly indicate the availability of our items as it appears in the Lyrakis Family, a product may not be available within delivery time or even more rarely not available at all for reasons that do not fall in our own sphere of influence. In this case, you will receive an email from us at the email address that you have given us informing you about.

1. Order Placement

At Lyrakis Family you can order either as a member or as a simple visitor.

In order to better serve you and facilitate your future purchases, we recommend that you register as a member user of Lyrakis Family by filling in the minimum possible details requested in the corresponding registration form. Each order shipment means that you have accepted the applicable terms of use that govern the transactions between us as a whole.

Please check the correctness and legality of the information you provide us to avoid problems in our cooperation. The company – under no circumstances – is in a position to verify the validity of the data that is voluntarily and exclusively upon your statement, you are notifying us.

After sending your order, you receive an automated message, at the email address you have given us, with all the details of the order that our company received from you. This message also tells you the second step that follows when sending your order.

All orders are received by us, subject to review and confirmation of the availability of the products (the check is made the next business day following your order).

2 Checkout

On the day of delivery of the items of the order to the courier company (in special cases to the shipping company) you will receive an automated message informing you of:

(a) the day and time of departure
(b) the Voucher
c) the Tracking number of the order and
d) the corresponding link where you enter the code you can see the progress of the delivery.

3 Cancelling / Return of Order Products

3.1 Cancelling

The customer has the right to unsubstantiated withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order and according to law 2251/1994. In this case, please e-mail us to let us know. The product or products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Product return shipping costs are exclusive and paid by the customer.

3.2 Return Order Order

Lyrakis Family takes all possible measures to ensure that the products are packed properly and carefully to reach you without damage. Some of our products are brittle and / or sensitive. For this reason, Lyrakis Family, in consultation with the carriers, dispatches these products with special marking and appropriate packaging which fully protects them against any damage during transportation and / or storage.

However, in the event of deterioration, the following applies:

At the time of pickup from the courier. In rare cases, the item you picked up may be damaged during transport. If, at the time of receipt by the courier, you find that there is damage to the packaging or product, then do not proceed with it. In this case, the customer is only charged for shipping costs. It is important at the time of receipt of your order from the courier to check the products, especially if the packaging shows signs of wear, puncture, rupture. If you receive the products without expressing a specific reservation at the time of receipt, it means that you have received the product unreservedly.

Upon receipt by the courier. At Lyrakis Family we take all the necessary measures – as mentioned above – for safe transport and storage. If within 20 days of receipt of your order from the carrier, find damage to a product or part of it then send an email to in which you inform us about the problem and at the same time you declare which of the following suggested actions you prefer:

A. return and replace.
B. return and issue a discount coupon of equal value with the returned product for use in future purchases.

The damaged product must be returned to its original packaging and all the supporting documents that originally accompanied it. The return shipping costs from the customer to Lyrakis Family are borne exclusively by the customer. Lyrakis Family will replace or issue a coupon (A or B) only after receipt of the damaged product. If you receive a different product from your order then only the above action (return and replacement) is valid.

Whether or not to comply with the above 14-day and 20-day deadlines is certified from the date of receipt of the relevant e-mail from Lyrakis Family.


The visitor / client / member of Lyrakis Family fully and unconditionally accepts the exclusive right of the company to discontinue use of the Lyrakis Family’s access codes and to discontinue Lyrakis Family’s content and information whenever it considers it (the company) that these terms are violated by him (visitor / member / client) or that there are or are indications and / or complaints that illegal acts or omissions have been committed by him / her.
