• Tour in Olive Oil Mill- How olive oil is made
• Understand the different quality categories of olive oil.
• Learn how to smell and taste olive oil and how to recognize a defective olive oil from an extra virgin olive oil
• Tasting of 3 Award-winning Greek Extra Virgin Olive Oils and 3 olive oils with negative attributes, so the group can learn to recognize the differences.
• You will taste extra virgin olive oils made from different olive varieties of Crete and Food pairing with Cretan bites. 
• Debunk common myths and facts about Olive Oil and learn all health & beauty benefits.

• The Cretan diet basic principles 
• Water and Granny Smith apples as palate cleanser
